POSITION PURPOSE:
The Commercial Partnerships Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and delivery of assigned commercial partnerships across Concacaf competitions, ensuring contractual rights, benefits and obligations are fulfilled accurately, on time and to a high standard. The position coordinates partner relationships, activation plans, contractual fulfillment, asset approvals, makegoods and partnership reporting, while identifying opportunities to enhance partner value, develop new commercial assets, and support renewals, upselling, and the broader Commercial Partnerships team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial partners, building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and proactively addressing needs, challenges, and opportunities throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Develop a strong understanding of each partner’s business objectives, contractual rights, marketing priorities, and activation needs to support effective partnership delivery.

Act as a strategic and operational liaison between commercial partners and internal Concacaf departments, coordinating communication and ensuring alignment across partnership activities.

Coordinate and track the fulfillment of contractual rights, benefits and obligations, working with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are executed accurately, on time and to required standards.

Coordinate the development and execution of partner activation plans across Concacaf competitions, events and platforms, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, approved plans, brand standards and competition guidelines.

Identify opportunities to enhance the value of existing partnerships through new commercial assets, activation concepts, fan engagement initiatives and integrated programs, while supporting renewal and upsell opportunities.

Prepare comprehensive post-competition and post-event partnership recap reports, including contractual fulfillment, activation results, exposure, engagement, media results, imagery and other relevant data, providing insights and recommendations to support partner retention and growth.

Support the Commercial Partnerships Sr. Manager and Business Development team in prospecting, new business, renewal, and upsell initiatives by developing sales presentations, proposals, and customized commercial solutions, and providing insight into available assets, inventory, and activation opportunities.

Provide guidance and oversight to the Commercial Partnerships Coordinator, delegating responsibilities as appropriate and supporting effective execution of assigned partnership activities.

Support the development and administration of departmental budgets related to assigned partnership programs.

Contribute to broader Commercial Department initiatives and cross-functional projects as required..
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that s/he can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
4+ years of experience in commercial partnerships, sports operations, event delivery or a related field; football industry experience preferred. -
Proven experience in sponsorship rights delivery, partner activations, competition operations, venue branding, commercial compliance, and the development and sale of sponsorship packages.

Strong understanding of football and the Concacaf region, including Member Associations, clubs and international competitions.

Ability to identify and evaluate commercial opportunities to grow Concacaf properties, particularly within the club competitions ecosystem.

Proven ability to interpret agreements, regulations, rights inventories and operational requirements and translate them into clear actions and timelines.

Knowledge of P&L management, business planning and financial performance measures; experience with budget tracking and financial administration preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy and follow-through.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with partners, Member Associations, clubs, venues, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams; experience with project-management or asset-tracking platforms is an advantage.

Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or French preferred.

Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, approximately 30–40% of the time
Due to the cyclical nature of the sports and entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules, including game nights, to reflect the business needs of the company.
